DJ Slim

Paul Lausch took on the persona of DJ Slim back in the early '80s, taking much of his initial inspiration from the Hip-Hop and break dancing scene.

In the early days, Paul started out recording music onto TDK tapes, before moving on to Vinyl shortly afterward.

It didn’t take long before DJ Slim was heavily entangled in the 80s music scene, becoming involved in everything from homemade sound systems to competitive dance-offs.

In the late 80s, Paul became involved in the house scene and this has been a prominent inspiration for DJ Slim ever since.

Fast forward to the present day and Paul is still heavily involved in the UK dance music scene, featuring as a resident DJ on LDP Radio and pumping out those house classics every Sunday.
