Dave Stedman first fell in love with house music after listening to London based Pirate Radio in the mid 80’s

“I can still recall hearing Patti Day Right Before My Eyes for the first time, way before the rave scene had even kicked off and was just blown away”

The late 80’s saw the arrival of Acid House and the crazy parties that went with it.
This led to him starting to collect the music being blasted from sound systems every weekend and eventually getting the vinyl bug, playing local parties and hiring venues with friends.

Fast forward to the early 90’s and after an accidental visit to Ibiza he ventured back there to play clubs and bars.
Developing a love of deep and soulful house with a bit of Balearic thrown in.

“Space terrace on a Sunday was so close to my kind of heaven, I had to get some records sent over and get involved.”

The late 90’s saw Dave relocate to Dubai and become a resident for In The Mix Events, the first large scale parties the country had seen.
Off the back of that Emirate’s 1FM asked him to present a House music show broadcasting weekly across the UAE.

After various trips with a record bag to places like Sydney, Sri Lanka , Marbella, Dublin and a few more he can’t remember, Dave is back in the UK and still a self confessed Vinyl Junkie.
